Miami Dolphins Academy: connecting teams across a production.

Audiovisual production and local coordination for flag football camps in Barcelona and Madrid, connecting the local production team with the Miami content team.

The context

The work took place around Miami Dolphins Academy flag football camps in Spain. Audiovisual production involved people working locally and a content team in Miami. My contribution focused on the production and coordination connecting those teams.

My role

  • Audiovisual production support in Barcelona and Madrid.
  • Coordination between the local production team and the Miami content team.
  • Complementary experience logistics, including restaurant bookings and arrangements around the visit.

Making the connection practical

A shared direction needs to become clear arrangements between the people doing the work. In this project, the connection was practical: local production, the content team and the circumstances of a visit had to work together.

Experience logistics supported the wider delivery. It was complementary to my main contribution in audiovisual production and coordination.

What this case demonstrates

This project shows the execution and coordination side of my background, in a context that combines sport, content and international teams. It complements the business and brand strategy work elsewhere in the portfolio.

Let’s connect the dots.
